Magic Lake Estates is located on North Pender Island, and is about 600 acres
in size. Starting in the late 1960's, it was divided into lots averaging 0.5
acres each in size. All properties are freehold, and there are still vacant
parcels available. Magic Lake offers a variety of properties : non-waterview, oceanfront, lakefront, and waterview. The development offers a resident only oceanfront marina, and moorage. Also provided is lake access for swimming to Magic Lake. All properties are on a water system that provides treated water from both Magic Lake and Buck Lake. About half of the properties are on a sewer system with the rest served by individual septic systems. The development also offers tennis courts, beach accesses, and miles of walking trails.
