1. We've put in over $35,000 worth of upgrades in the past six months, including:

 new tiling in the entrance, downstairs bathroom and sunroom;
 new paint upstairs and down;
 refinished the woodfloors on the main;
 replaced all the glass in the sunroom;
 replaced both toilets with watersaving low
flush units;
 replaced the faucets in the kitchen and downstairs bathroom;
 new shower head in the downstairs bathroom;
 new carpet in the piano room.
 the fridge is brand new and the high efficiency washer and dryer are
less than four years old. 
 new blinds for all bedrooms.

2. The orchard has five apple trees, one crabapple, three pear, two cherry, one plum tree
and six blueberry bushes - all mature and producing plenty of fruit.

3. Fire hydrant at end of driveway is about be brought online (will reduce property
insurance bill by one-third).
