The Gulf Islands are easy to get to from Washington State, USA.
You can catch a WA State ferry from Port Angeles, WA to Victoria, BC.
You can also get a WA State ferry from Anacortes, WA, to Sidney, BC.
Once in Victoria, you drive 35-45 minutes to Swartz Bay, which is only about 5
to 10 minutes from Sidney, and catch a BC Ferries Ferry to the Gulf Island of your
choice.
